Stress in words means how one body naturally responds to a demand or challenge. Street is an internal something in our body systems that licks when we feel pressured, threatened, or overwhelmed. A person who is over stress for so long can have a physical or mental health problem.

In a short word, stress is the ability of one to feel too tired, weak, or too lazy. Most of the time stress comes with a feeling of body pain which is likely when one has overworked his or herself.

What is the best way to handle stress?

To the best of my understanding, the best way to handle stress involves applying and combining several strategies that can help us handle our stress. Having said so the best way we can handle stress are;

  • Identifying what triggers stress should be the first thing we should do. We have to recognize the cause of the stress and see if we can minimize or address the cause.

  • We will need to practice relaxation techniques. In relaxing ourselves we can use methods like meditation, yoga, or breathing to calm down our mind and body.

  • Also, we will need to be doing exercises that can help us release endorphins, which can improve our mood and reduce how stressful we have been.

  • Eating a balanced diet can also help us to get rid of stress. After eating it is also advisable for us to get enough sleep and limit the intake of alcohol.

  • Finally, we can engage in the activities that we love doing the most. Activities like reading, listening to music, and spending time with mature friends can help us to handle stress.

Have you been stressed up before? What caused it and what did you do?

Yes, I have been stressed up before. The cause of my stress was the journey that I embarked on to school in a hurry. My initial plan was to travel by the weekend, but my driver called me that it wouldn't be the weekend again and that it would be Tuesday his call came on Monday night. After receiving the call, I had to start preparing my luggage in a hurry, which I wasn't comfortable in the vehicle and adding to the fact that I didn't sleep well before embarking on the journey affected me.

Do you think stress can solve these life challenges?

No, I don't think stress can solve these life challenges. We do get stressed when we overwork ourselves or when we don't give ourselves time to rest. In life, we need to have time for ourselves rather than working all day which can cause us to have stress. Overworking without resting is not good.

What advice can you give to someone who is under stress right now?

The advice that I can give to someone who is under stress right now is for the person to follow the best ways of handling stress that I have discussed earlier. If you are being stressed right now, you need to first identify the cause of your stress, and work towards reducing it. You need to practice relaxation where you will have to give yourself enough time to rest. Ear balanced diet takes enough time to rest by so doing you will feel alright.

Thank you for inviting me.

Truth be told, stress does not help in any way, rather it causes more harm than good. As humans, once you feel tired and needs to rest,do it without hesitation because that's the only way your body system be functional hundred percent.

Most times we are carried away by work work work forgetting that our body needs rest in other to replenish lost energy. Best of luck to you
