  • Hello everyone ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€.

it's me again your favorite friend @janeposhElendu.

It's such a beautiful sunny Thursday here and harmattan is gradually coming out.
I'm over excited as to how the rest of the season will end cause I've got plans on how to depend my Christmas holidays.

Anyway today, I'm writing about how my day went .
basically it's like a normal day I'lld prefer to work from me, to me I needed to rest from work stress and I decided to stay home today and make myself some food.

For sometime now I've been craving porridge plantain but I haven't been able to eat that because of work and other activities but today I decided that I was going to eat it at any cost ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€.

  • INGREDIENTS

  • Red oil
  • Fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Maggie
  • Salt
  • Cent leave
  • Fish
  • Onions

so, last night I proceeded to get ice fish head from the market; meanwhile I don't know why I like eating fish head a lot but fir me it's actually fun, tastier and more interesting to eat and I've been craving for that to so I knew at that moment that the plantain and fish head was going to be a perfect combination together.

Without much delay I bought the fish and unriped plantain from the market last night.

After buying the plantain I got some potatoes, fresh pepper, cent leave plus other needed ingredients I didn't have at home from the market

I knew I wasn't going to eat that food last night so I bought pawpaw I used to eat the remaining rice I cooked yesterday.

The fish was actually three(3) last night but after cooking due to my unquenchable craving for this I had to eat one out of them I actually started by picking out the both eyes and then proceeded to the other part ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ.

For starters, cooking isn't difficult but very fun, entertaining and an intriguing thing to do.

So in the morning I woke up , I knew I needed to brush up first, did done chores and then proceeded to cooking because I was already feeling hungry.

I started by washing the plantain nearly and then I sliced it to thinker pieces to get that charming look, after that I equally chopped the sweet potatoes I got from the market to spice up the food a bit more.

After this preparation I proceeded with the cooking .
I added all the ingredients.

  • Red .
  • Fresh pepper.
  • Maggie.
  • Salt
  • Plus other necessary ingredients.

After cooking this, I fished out my portion and of course I was already the only one home so I quickly rushed to take my bathe and then digged in to deal with the food thoroughly ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€.

The food was very delicious and I served myself two(2) plates, I ate and had a quick nap afterwards.

For this recipe I'm going to cook it again.
hope you like it ๐Ÿ˜˜.

let me know if you'll like me to prepare another recipe and leg me know what you'll love me to try out next.

FOOD IS READY

MODs Comment/Recommendation:

I love plantain, that's the only food I can eat over and over again without being tired. I don't know we can cook it with fresh fish .I normally cook with dried ones.
