As Bangladesh is a major agricultural country, farmers in almost every district of the country grow various crops in their respective lands, sugarcane being a very popular crop. . Now let's first know how a farmer cultivates this sugarcane. First one has to collect and cultivate it with a name ball and then the sugarcane seeds or sugarcane stems have to be planted in the land very efficiently.

A few days after planting, saplings are formed from there and those saplings need to be watered. And this is how the seedlings grow slowly. When the saplings are one year old, they are saved from the ground and taken to another place for making sap.And by taking it there with the help of the engine driven machine, the sugarcane has to be threshed. And after threshing, the juice comes out from one side, the garbage comes out on the other side and the sugarcane is first before threshing.

Garbage and dirt should be thoroughly cleaned and then the pressed juices should be washed by a person. They carry them to another place. And in order to make sugarcane guru, first you have to make a very big stove and put a very big pan on that stove. And the maraikrita juices should be poured into it. And this work has to be done very carefully till the work is completed. Till then sugarcane juice has to be poured.

And these works have to be done. Many people together because one farmer cannot do it alone to convert sugarcane juice to molasses, because of which many people have to be hired, it costs the farmer a lot of money. Still these works are done by the people of rural areas working very hard to make sugarcane jaggery because this sugarcane jaggery is very popular and very tasty in rural areas.

Then when the cauldron is completely filled with juices, one person should heat it down. And for this, fuel is required and this work has to be done very efficiently because if the fire goes too far it will burn everything that's why this work is done by skilled people in the village which you can understand by looking at this picture an old man is very efficient in heating.

Is working To make molasses, these operations have to be done for a long time and in the middle of heating, different types of impurities are seen in the sugarcane juice and they have to be cleaned. And thus begins the process of converting sugarcane juice into molasses. In this way, heat has to be applied by skilled people for about two to two and a half hours.

At one stage, the juice slowly dries up and turns into molasses, and then it takes on a very red color. And at this stage, the goods become very hot and starting from otla and falling on the surrounding area, people can be in great danger and have to protect themselves from it. Thus the whole process is done by a skilled farmer after a lot of hard work and this heating work is to be continued almost from morning till evening and before evening this time the good made earlier in the night is made.

Then another person has to take the sugarcane jaggery from the pot and pour it into another earthen pot or pitcher because the sugarcane jaggery stays good for many days in the earthen pitcher. And this whole process is completed in exchange of lot of launch time and lot of hard work due to which sugarcane molasses is so popular and sugarcane molasses are very sweet and delicious to eat.
