Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all.? I hope you are all doing well by the grace of God. Alhamdulillah I am also doing well by the grace of Good. Today I, Steem4Nigeria,I am going to share a very nice post in the community. Today I am going to share with you a vegetable about the nutritional and medicinal properties of the rural people. This vegetable is very popular among people in rural areas because it is very tasty to eat and contains many nutrients and has no harmful side effects. And the best thing is that this gourd contains many nutrients which are very essential for the human body due to which people in rural areas like it very much. It can be seen widely in the market where it is within the reach of people. Let's learn about how to grow this nutritious vegetable.
In order to cultivate these, first a land must be cultivated and prepared to plant the seeds of the crop, then the seeds of the gourd must be soaked in water for a day or 24 hours. After soaking for 24 hours, remove the water and plant these profitable seeds one by one in the land very efficiently. Within three to four days of planting, the gourd seeds produce seedlings.
When seedlings are established, gourd plants need watering because the plants are very small, so a farmer can water and care for gourd plants very efficiently.And slowly the gourd tree grows. And then there is an attack of various kinds of insects and a farmer eats the leaves of the fake gourd tree. Modachcha protects the leaves and uses sprays to repel insects from the ground and thus the gourd grows slowly. As the gourd is very soft, they have to make a loft. Then those gourd plants have to be raised in the loft, then the gourd plants are protected from the attack of many insects. It is possible to save then when the gourd plant is 45 days old, the gourd plant starts to flower and the gourd plant flowers are very attractive to look at because they look white in color.
After that, small gourds are picked from the flowers of the Now tree and after 30 days of picking the gourds, these reds become edible, then a farmer saves those reds from the tree and sends them to the market for sale, and thus gourds are cultivated. A farmer cultivates this gourd vegetable very skillfully.

For our human body that's why gourd is so popular among the people of village area. The main ingredient in gourd is water which helps to keep our body cool. Eating gourd during summer is very beneficial. Aloe vera is a natural vitamin protein iron and phosphorus that helps keep our skin beautiful.
And the best thing is that these herbs are grown in a completely natural environment with no harmful side effects or 500 reactions. Because of which eating gourd is absolutely safe. Even if there is dehydration in the body due to fever, diarrhea and other major diseases, eating gourd regularly every day will get rid of that problem.
