The Financial Update For The Upcoming National Meetup

Hello Everyone,

It's great to be here here again, just to give you a quick update on the financial status of our upcoming national meetup. Before then, I want to say sorry for the fact that it came late; it was due to some extenuating circumstances.

Since the last financial update of 12th September 2024, things have been progressing though somehow slow. I meant financially, it wasn't like previous weeks, but I guess some weeks are like this; the good thing is that we are not stagnant thanks to the support of the Steemit team and amazing users like @pennsif and @patjewell. We've also seen a lot of interest from Nigerian users in the meetup and the T-shirts. The first batch of T-shirts has been printed, and I've been able to provide helpful answers to anyone who needs them.

Our goal is to raise $315 to hold the national meetup successfully, and we're getting closer with each passing week. Well, though I'm a bit nervous I'm confident that the meetup will be a great success!

I'm reaching out to the Steemit team and our entire community for support; your supports in different ways are appreciated. A big shout out to steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 for their support through upvoting the previous week's update, which helps to make a significant difference. At the payout of the last update, I was able to claim 3.4 SP and 3.4 Steem.

Well, not too bad, but I'm hoping for the best this week.

I've transferred 4 Steem tokens to my Binance wallet. So far, I've been able to raise $22.55, which is not too bad!

Although we're making progress, we still have a deficit of $292.45.

I'm hoping for the best next week, as securing the meetup venue is my top priority, I will withdraw what I realized for now, and add some cash and pay for the venue.
