Application for Community Curator in October 2022
Introduction
The new method adopted for the community curators program has been one of the amazing development in the ecosystem that has enabled different individuals who can perform well in the role to file their applications. I have been part of it and it's been great so far. It's another wonderful time to write another application for the coming month.

My Brief History on Steem
The journey on Steem began for me in early 2021, precisely on January 12th of the year. At that time, I have never heard about Steemit before nor had I imagined there was a platform that incentivizes authors on the blockchain.
Well, I have utilized some local news website in my country earlier before that time, that paid us for commenting, creating content, and referring users, after all, they sustain their ecosystem with the inflow of new users, and the funds was majorly utilized to pay users, they eventually crashed when there was no inflow of cash any longer.
I was an active user at the Binance Nigeria official telegram group sourcing for different assets to invest in, as suggested by fellow members of the group because I was actively involved in spot trading on Binance at that moment (I have just resigned from my previous job then). On the 12th of January, as highlighted above, I came across a member who was asking for help to purchase an asset using a debit card and resell it at a higher price, that caught my attention and we had some chats. I offered to help but in the long run, we realized it's not as profitable as thought earlier.
I informed the user that I trade spots on Binance using signals which got him interested, he asked if I would love to create content on a decentralized platform, that's how I got to know about Steemit. He offered to guide me, he did great and I reciprocated the kind gesture by taking him through how I utilize signals for trading mostly using limit orders on the Binance spot trading platform to make profits at that time.
That's basically how my journey started on Steem, I have been mentored by and worked with some notable persons in the process. I have remained an active user since the day I joined the platform to date, committing many hours of the day to writing articles, serving in different communities, and mentoring different users.
Details of the Positions I have held on Steem
During my journey on Steem, I have served in different communities as I highlighted above and I will be willing to give a brief overview of those in the list below.
I'm one of the Steemit Country Representatives from Nigeria.
I have worked as an active Crypto professor at the Steemit Crypto Academy where I have been committed to presenting weekly lectures months ago. At the moment, I am one of the professors (moderators) working hand in hand to ensure contests are published and entries from genuine users are properly graded.
I am currently working with one of the community curators selected for September, precisely Team 2 where I have been a leader who is responsible for giving directives to the team members and reasoning together on achieving great curation. In addition, I have been responsible for curatorial data compilation and writing reports timely.
I am a Co-founder and Admin in the Steem4Nigeria community with active involvement in the affairs of the community like vetting articles and curating with the community account.
In addition, I have a role as a Crypto Teacher at the Steemkidss community.
In essence, I have made myself available for various roles on Steem even for off-chain tutorial classes about certain subjects on Steem to ensure users do the right thing.
