Users earn rewards on STEEMIT by doing almost everything:

• Creating contents (minimum words of 300, 250 or 350)

To upvotes means to like someone's post. And the most funniest thing about to like in STEEMIT is that, you give out money to them by liking their work. I can chose to like your work with $0.001, $0.010, $4, etc.

To downvotes means to unlike the work. Although this is not permitted in STEEMIT, even though it is activated. The reason is that, by downvoting, you are indirectly sending a message to others not to support you. So, STEEMIT is almost like a trade by barter system. Give and take. If you don't give, don't expect to get, because you are stingy.

• Tag other users to view your work and supports you.

• Build your CSI by liking and commenting on other users work. They will support you too.
