How are you all doing? I pray and how that you all are doing fine and enjoying the best of your life too. My name is @dazzle55 from Nigeria. Today I will be participate in a contest organized by our follow user @steem4nigeria in Steem4Nigeria community. The topic of the contest is *my fundamental human rights."* Without further ado, let me share my thoughts on this meaningful theme.

How do you explain fundamental human rights?

With my own understaning and what I was taught in school I can simply say that fundamental human rights are those basic freedoms and rights that belong to every individual in the world. regardless of their genders, ethnicity, religion, or any other status that may barrel it. Those rights are known to be universal, inalienable, essential and importance for human dignity, freedom, and well-being.

The human fundamental right are often protected by law, such as in constitutions or international agreements, to guard or ensure that every citizen can live with equality, justice, and respect.

Do you think all the citizens have these rights, or is it only made for the rich? (You can give examples if any).

I come to know that fundamental human rights are meant for all citizens regardless of their social, or political economic, status. It was designed to protect everyone, both the poor and the rich. However, in today's lives the human rights are upheld from center people depending on some factors like the governance, economic inequality, corruption in the state and the discrimination within the rich and the poor. So in many parts of the world now the poor often face challenges in accessing and enjoying these rights fully.

Depression in Human Rights:

Right to Education:

  • Ideal: Every child has the right to free and quality education in the country.

BUT

  • Reality: In many countries now, children from poor families are forced or push to drop out of the school because of not meeting the financial aspect in life.

Have you been deprived of expressing your fundamental human rights before? What action did you take?

Most of the less privilege citizen face a lot of deprived in expressing their human rights mostly when it it is against the the rich ones. I haveface a lot of challenges regarding to my to right but most times I always come out free base on not giving up on things that matters.

Recently i face a challenge way my position was given to another person because their parents are rich and they position was bought with so much money and after confronting the manager to ask about it I was ask to bring some contain amount of money which they know that I will not be able to do that and I can do was giving up but I do hope that one day justice will be there for me.

Mention and explain at most three fundamental human rights of your country.

In this Nigeria they are a lot of fundamental human rights in this country that covers all the citizen both the rice and the poor and here are some importance human rights in my country.

  • Right to Freedom of Expression :- This right means that every individual has the freedom to express their ideas, beliefs and opinions in things that matters. This right It also has to with the freedom of press to publish and disseminate information without censorship or fear of persecution in the state. It is found in the

  • Right to Dignity of the Human Person : This right protects all the individuals from inhumanity or degrading treatment, torture, slavery, hard labor, and other forms of violent act. This right make sure that every citizen is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their circumstances in nature. This is found in Nigerian Constitution section 34 of the law

  • Right to Life:- Every individual in my country has the right to leave a free life. This right is known as the foundation or above of all other human fundamental rights, because without life the citizen can not enjoy other rights. This right make sure tthat every individuals are protected from harm and violence, whether from the state or other individuals in the country.

Which of the fundamental human rights should be removed from the law. (Give your reasons).

In my own aspect of life I think that, they is no human rights that should be removed from the constitution because those rights was made to protect the interest of the citizen. So removing any human rights from the constitution may bring a lot of violent act upon the citizen who stay in that area.

This is way I will stop for today see you on my next post thanks ☺️.
