Dear Diary

I woke up as early as possible today's morning so that I can be a part of today's Covenant Hour of prayer as usual.
I first observed my usual daily morning devotion before any other thing, after the morning devotion I put my bathing water on electrical hot plate to make it warm for bathing, as soon as water got warmed I mixed it up with cold water inside the bathroom bathing bucket and showered with it afterwards.

I also brushed my teeth and dressed up for work, I left for office immediately using my bike for mobility. Since I am using my personal bike today, I did not have to wake up too early as usual; the insecurity of the town is also another factor to be considered as even commercial transporters are no more coming out early as before due to the alarming insecurity.

When I arrived the Church being that Covenant Hour of Prayer has started already I rushed up to my office and changed my clothes which were very dusty due to the ongoing road construction. What I did was to hold some clothes inside a bag to change at the office before CHOP. I joined the Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP) which already in progress afterward.
I met the Covenant Hour of Prayer still on prayer session, the prayer session ended with personal intercessory prayers, followed by testimonies time, then praise, exhortation time and finally closing prayer as usual.

Immediately after CHOP my attention was drawned by one of our Pastor who is appointed to be in charge of the Technical Department to some damages in the studio caused by Electric Power in the early hour of the day as a result of the failure to off the gadgets after rehearsal yesterday by the Choir Unit.
Living the gadgets on after the rehearsal, the Power Distribution Company gave light at the early hour of today and the power voltage was too high resulting to the damage of the gadgets in the studio among others that were left on. The wire from the changeover in the picture below to the junction box caught fire and got burnt as you can see in the picture below.

The two securities on night duty who were eye witnesses said the studio was covered all over with smoke.
I send for an electrical engineer to come and evaluate the impact of the incident, when he came he removed the burnt wire and asked for a replacement. We showed him a particular wire to cut from outside which we have not been using for a very long time as you can see in the picture below.

When the engineer removed the wire he replaced it with the burnt wire from the changeover to the junction box, and began the testing as you can see in the picture below.

He tested the amplifiers and discovered two (2) out of six (6) where affected little as in the picture below.

He also tested the Mixer and discovered that it was very ok without any damage as you can see in the picture below.

Another challenge that was discovered was the equalizer's (EQ) transformer which also burned.

I back to my office to continued with my usual office daily routines immediately we were done with the check up, I later went down to the sanctuary for our usual staff devotion which was for 30 minutes. After the devotion I went back to my office and continued with my office work as usual.

At noon time as I was studying, I had the sound of bulbs exploding like "Pah! Pah!!" I rushed to instruct the securities to of the light completely which they did, but yet we had some damages again. The Accountant office printer got burnt and also some bulbs that were left on.

Today we had our Week of Spiritual Emphasis Service Day 3 which is the last day of the program.

After the program I returned back home, and on my way back home I encountered a very tight traffic which made me reached home late than usual.
I took my bath immediately I reached home before any other thing, after which I ate my food which was rice and beans with stew cooked by my wife as you can see in the picture below.

Since I was very tired already when I returned I couldn't do anything much afterward than to sleep.
