Dear diary,

IMG_20250206_184435_284.jpg

I started my day with a morning devotion, after the devotion I got my bathing water warmed making use of our gas cooker which is an alternative to our electric cooking gadgets due to the current electric blackout as the staff of our Power Distribution company are on strike to demonstrate their grief to the government for sacking hundreds of their staff and from then we have been on complete total blackout.
After getting the water ready I took a warm shower, brushed my teeth and then dressed up and left for work early so that I can meet up with my our daily Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP).

Today I used my bike to work because I would be returning from office a bit late, and by this time I to get a tricycle back home will be difficult due to the nature of the road.
The traffic is always high once it is 6:00pm, and due to the traffic most commercial vehicles do close from work before that time leading to scarcity of transportation.
The very few available will be filled up right from the park before getting to our junction. In this regard the bail out is going to office with my private bike, in this light it will be easy for me at anytime to navigate back home.

When I reached the office it was already time for Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP), I entered my office and picked some items and materials and joined the prayer as usual. After Covenant Hour of Prayer we washed some part of the church's royal chairs which were indeed very dirty with stains on some of the chairs. Since the chairs were bought such exercise has never been carried before.
After washing the royal chairs we had our usual staff devotion, after the staff Prayer Meeting (staff devotion) I returned back to my office and continued with my usual office routines.

I took out some time afterward to studied my Bible and prayed. I studied in my office, but I prayed in Teen's Church.

My battery was very low and the power distribution company are on strike due to the afore mentioned reason; and using generator is not an option due to the price of fuel in my country.
I therefore used my alternative solar panel to charge my phone because the installed solar was already used up and it is taking time to come up. So I instructed one of the security to take the panel with the solar controller which am yet to install in my second office outside where it can have contact with the solar energy (sun). After fixing the solar energy supply I went down stairs to connect my phone.

I prepared against the evening program, I prepared the message to preach during the Week of Spiritual Emphasis Service.

After the evening program I left the office to returned home, on my way back home I bought fuel for my bike and also refilled my gas cylinder at the same station.
