Good day friends, trust we all are doing great. It is week 3 of the steemit learning challenge on staying fit. I could not participate last week due to an injury I had on my ankle, But this week, I am much better.

This week's exercise programme is divided into two.

The first one is plank with shoulder touch.

The second is Burpee.

Plank with Shoulder Touch.

This is a type of exercise that looks like the push or normal plank, but the only difference is that the individual taps his shoulders.

To carry this out, I will have to lie down in plank position, with my toes on the ground, my hips raised up and my legs slight apart from each other.

I also have to ensure that my hips are not above my shoulder levels, my hands extended down below my shoulders. Then one at a time, using one hand (left) to touch my right shoulder and alternating it with the other one continuously for the number of times I am required to do it in this challenge.

Remember that at any point we are tapping our shoulders, the entire body weight is transferred to the other hand on the ground and the toes too.

So you can see that to do this requires a lot of strength, endurance and stamina.

For those who are interested in six packs tommy, this exercise affords you the opportunity to have one since it demands that you tighten your stomach muscles. For others with flaccid stomachs, it can also be a good way to get our tommy shape back.

Other benefit apart from improving your strength and endurance levels are that many body muscles are involved while doing it, the muscles in the arm, buttocks and shoulders.

Burpee

This type of programme is a combination of so many body workouts joined together. The entire body is involved in carrying out this programme. To do this we must squat, jump and do pushups.

To carry this out, we will have to jump up, land on our feet assuming the squat position, then kick our legs back, lie in plank position, then up again.

This is my video for the exercise program.

Which of these programs is the most difficult for you and what exactly makes it difficult. How did you overcome the difficulty.

Between the two exercise program, the Burpee was more difficult than the other one. The reason is it that, the body was involved in it. It tended to be a cardiovascular exercise in nature. Coordination, strength, stamina and endurance was required to carry it out. At a point, i even twisted ankle, caused by an already existing injury, however, i still ensured that I finished all the task.

What is your overall feelings at the end of these programs?

A lot of perspiration took place. My shoulders where paining me due to the plank and shoulder tap exercise. I also was breathing heavily after both exercises. Generally, I had a beautiful feeling when I freshened up and had some rest.

It was so nice participating in this steemit learning engagement.

¡Saludos amigo!🤗

Thank you @paholags for going through. Really it is good for my wellbeing. I wish you key into it too.
