Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S25- W3: which is all time my favourite topic - Movie Snapshots| Hidden Gems. this amazing challenge organised by @ruthjoe . So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

Actually, there are some movies which look very good, really it is equal to a gem for us. Here I will write about five low rated or less popular but good story movies which are from Bollywood.

Lakshmi

Here I will talk about the movie Lakshmi, in which Akshay Kumar was in the lead role. This film is based on magic and spirit. This movie was released in 2020. This movie was a horror and comedy movie. In this film, Akshay Kumar has played a very beautiful role, how the spirit of a transgender comes on him and how he does his makeup at night, and how his wife remains upset. I liked this movie very much but it was not named anywhere.

Dreamgirl

This movie is a comedy movie, in which Ayushmann Khurrana has played the lead role. In this film, Ayushmann Khurrana, who could imitate the voice of both men and women very well, had decided his career due to this voice. He used to work in a call center at night by using a girl's voice. His voice was so good that many men became crazy about him and this voice put him in trouble because many men became his admirers and wanted to marry him, even his father became crazy about his voice on the phone. This movie was full of comedy but this movie did not become a big hit.

Mardaani

This is a female-oriented movie, in which the main character is played by Rani Mukherji. It shows how a killer kidnaps girls and kills them badly. He is such a crazy killer that he does not like girls standing confidently on their feet and he targets successful women. Rani Mukherji's acting is so strong that watching the movie is fun, but this movie did not become a big hit.

Good news

Big actors and actresses were cast in Good News, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Daljeet but the story was very weak, due to this the movie could not become a hit. There were comedy scenes in between but it was not successful in binding the audience. Although the story was shown in it that how a child is born from a vagina through artificial technology but everything seemed over the top. It felt strange to watch it with a family.

IAS Govind

This is a very cute movie, when my husband and I watched the movie at home, seeing the hard work that was done for studies, tears started falling on our eyes. The boy is working hard day and night to improve the standard of his house, he is eating food only once a day. Because he does not have money for food, he is giving tuitions. The responsibility of two sisters, sick father, the movie shows a lot of hardships, but in the end he became an IAS. Such a good story that any student will get motivated. But the movie did not become a hit.

The movies I have talked about here could not become much popular because the main characters of the movie are not very big actors or movies like Lakshmi have taken very big actors. Still they could not become a hit, because none of its songs became a hit that would come on the lips of the common people. Nowadays we see that when any movie is released, if a song becomes a hit first, then whether the story of the movie is good or not, people reach to watch it and its name spreads everywhere.

Now if we talk about I AS Govind movie, it is probably a movie of only 2 hours. But only those who are interested in studies will watch this movie. But those who want to watch all this love and filth will not understand this movie. Similarly, there is a lot of comedy in Dream Girl, but somewhere it has been stretched too long, the stories and the ending are not funny. So these are all the reasons why this movie could not become a hit.

In my opinion, to make these films more famous, it is very important to have a hit song which is the demand of today's society and there should be such a song in the movie which comes on the lips of the youth and its promotion should be very good. Whether it is social media or anywhere, there should be its advertisement, so that this film reaches the people.

Talking about IAS Govind, the main actor in this film should have been such that this film could run and in reality the actor in this film was such that no one recognizes him. So this was a low budget film, so it could not do much business and could not reach the people, whereas the film is worth watching.
