Hello friends, how are you all doing today, hope that you people will be fine and doing great in life. @Steem4nigeria decided to post a contest about the lies which we believed were true in the last we discovered it was a lie.

"True or False"

Topic which is about real and fake. As we were kids our elders lied to us, it was like to persuade us because as we were innocent and needed answer for every question so they always tried to persuade us.
  • Q: What were the lies you believed while growing up?

  • We were lied about many things, actually we were diverted from many things so that we should not talk about it. As a kid grows, there mother try to stop breastfeeding when babies age becomes more than 2 years, we were shown a sweet rapper to feed us medicine, we were told not to look when the doctor was injecting us, we were lied about ghosts when the days goes out or after sunset; all these things were done to persuade us and to train us on the right track.

  • As the time for babies are fulfilled and they must not rely on breastfeeding so they should now adopt eating other food so that is why they are told or something spicy is put onto the nipples. Moreover, after sunset we are trained to avoid to go out, that time anything bad could happen to us; evil actions and thinking are on the top. Further, we see money with our elders so they give us fake money to persuade us.

  • Q: What was your reaction after finding out the truth as an adult?

  • My reaction was not that much shocking but it was fine. Most of the things were making story, fiction stories made by my mother so that I can sleep on time, listening to stories our mind is diverted and our energy is used and we fall asleep. My reaction is shocking when someone every time smiles to me, hug me and talk to me in a very good way and finally I discover that he was doing it by faking everything, this type of things happened to me from my friends the most. So I have limited my friendship to few and honest members.

  • Anyone you consider friend is not always friend, everyone you consider an enemy is not your enemy.
    ~Mike Tyson.

Finding out the truth, I think it was very necessary for our parents to teach us.

  • Q: Do you subscribe to telling lies to young minds in a bid to protect them or you choose to call a spade a spade?

As above I discussed that my mother stories so that I can go to sleep during bed time, when I was a kid or baby. I also do the same by telling made up stories to my younger siblings, to guide them in it. Made up and fiction stories are really great to guide kids. You divert the stories into a good understandable guide. A guidance for students or young kids, there are a lot of novels which are fake and fiction stories which teach manners, humbleness, love and respect among kids.

  • Sometimes I made up stories to laugh my younger siblings by adding myself into the story and make it into comedy story. Their laugh is healing of depression in our home because kids are gems and they attract the attention of elders. Kids need our attention and we need their smile.

Always make kids laugh because youngster's heart is pure like milk and try to stay away them from bad and evil attentions, Thank You.

¡Holaaa amigo!🤗
