Following last week's successful visit to the nursery and primary sections of Royal Prestige Academy, we returned this week to complete our charitable outreach by visiting the secondary section. Yesterday, Friday, was the day of our execution, and I'm excited to share this brief yet detailed report.

Before heading to Royal Prestige Academy for our scheduled 11:30 am visit, I started the day with a fitness session at Stayfit Fitness Club. The abs attack exercise was particularly challenging, but with the guidance and encouragement of Ma'am @ngoenyi, I pushed through and completed some of the programs.

Although I'm still recovering from health issues and on medication, I was determined to participate and make the most of the session. Here are few pictures from our morning exercise:

Russian Twists
Step Down Side Lunge
Dumbbell Crunches

I engaged in various abs attack exercises, including Russian twists, step-down side lunges, and dumbbell crunches. Each exercise demanded considerable strength and endurance, but I was determined to push through. I was pleased to be able to do my part in aiding my recovery and speeding up the healing process.

Stretching

Following our intense workout, we dedicated a minute to stretching, a crucial step in reducing the risk of injury and relaxing our muscles. After working up a sweat, I felt energized and ready to take on the day's outreach activities at the school. After arriving home, I refreshed myself, had a meal, and waited for @kidi40 to arrive, so we could take the farm route, located just opposite my house, down to the school.

When we arrived at the school

Before 11:30am, kidi40 arrived, and we took a 25-minute stroll down to the school. Upon arrival, our team hadn't arrived yet, so we waited patiently. After a few minutes, @ngoenyi, @benton3, and @whizzbro4eva, @bossj23 and @dorismos arrived, completing our core team👇🏾.

We were all happy seeing each other again, so we took a selfie for memory sake. We then met with the school management, and the children were summoned outside, standing in an orderly fashion to receive their gifts, 2 packs of Indomie noodles each. You may wonder if we really put a smile on the faces of the children. Who wouldn't be happy collecting two Indomie noodles for themselves? Well, the photo gallery below will show how happy the children were, please take a look...👇🏾

The children were truly elated to receive such a gift from us, though it may seem small, it plays a significant role in their academic journey. Due to the current economic situation in Nigeria, many children struggle to have breakfast before leaving for school. Our act of kindness ensures that these children will have a meal to take to school the next day, courtesy of the Indomie noodles we provided.

A hungry child cannot focus on their education, so food is essential for their success. Our initiative not only brings smiles to the children's faces but also promotes the Steemit platform. When these children grow up and recall how Steemit helped them with food, they will likely want to contribute to the platform, potentially becoming talented content creators and writers in the future.

Both the school management and teachers were grateful. Below is a full video showcasing our execution and the appreciation from the school management, please take a moment to watch.

Watching the video, it's heartwarming to see the children's faces light up with joy as they dance and beam with excitement. The school management's heartfelt gratitude to Steemit at the end of the video is also truly touching, acknowledging the kindness shown to the school children through the provision of noodles for two weeks. Personally, it was incredibly fulfilling to be able to contribute to putting smiles on the faces of these young school children.

Our team with the school management

Before bidding the children farewell after a successful one-hour execution, we took a team photo, and the school management graciously requested to join us. It was a truly wonderful experience at the school. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to @steemkidss and @worldsmile for their generous sponsorship and unwavering support from week one till date. Your kindness has planted a seed in the hearts of these children, which will undoubtedly bear fruit in the years to come.
