First Week Report for Steem Men's Club

Dear Steemit Members and Respected Community of Steem Men's Club.

Me as a Moderator of the community that we have recently created Steem Men's Club want to share with you our work that we have done through this first week from the presenting the community and the official announcement of the community. We have came up with the idea together with my friend @okanbey. Since in Steemit there are many communities and all of them have their own way to keep the community engaged, we wanted to make something different. A community that brings joy, fun and happiness to the members. This is why how we came up with the idea of creation a Men's Club. Already a Women club exists and they are doing a perfect work. So why not do something for Man only?

That is why we have created the Steem Men's Club and made a plan in details for the purpose of the community, the rules and how it will function. We go with goal Slow but right steps. We want to take the right steps in order to increase the community and keep it function for a long period. We do not want the community to be dead after few months. We are here for a long period, we are here with many interesting ideas to keep our community engaged, entertained and full of joy.

I wanted to share a report on what it's done through the first week, the report, which I will be doing weekly. Everyone would see what we are going through and help us with the ideas on this journey. I am personally very open for criticism, please feel free to express anything negative or positive about our steps and further plans.

First thing first is the Name of the community, logo, fonts and everything. For this there are graphic designers that would charge a lot for creation a branding. Since I am a Social Media Manager, I am good with Digital Marketing. In Marketing graphic design is a very important part. It pushed me to learn Photoshop and create my own designs. I have created the logo of the Community and it is a very beautiful one.

Long-Term Goals and further Plans of Steem Men's Club

When starting the first step towards creation of the community, long term goals are to keep the community engaged, do interesting and innovative things, so not be among the common communities. We have already made the first step towards presenting our weekly contest on MenFun. MenFun are contests specifically created for the members to have fun while creating a content to be part of the contests. Before creation of a contest we think carefully about the topic of the week, so one of the plans is to keep the MenFun contests weekly and reward our members.

We will add another categories in the community, since members are allowed to share any content inside the community, with a focus on share, socialize and learn, we are planning to make some categories and guidance's for our members on creation of content!

- Content Creation Guidance -

• Men Sports

Since Men are interested in Sport, they can create content in any sports that they like, something interesting, some important news, changes that happen in the Sports world. Their lifestyle on doing sports and many things related to sport.

• Men Lifestyle

Lifestyle of Men and taking care for itself probably is the top priority of every individual. Every individual has a model to follow and try to look alike or be itself in its own way. From the hairstyle for the clothes from the outside look, all of this are so important for Man. Sharing tips on how to look better would make great contents for community members that will be following and learning.

• Men Adventures

Since in the community there are different people from different parts of the world, interest of everyone is different, some people like adventures and enjoy their time on vacation, a trip to somewhere, all of them may have a day to remember and some of them would like to share their adventures with the others. So here will be the chance.

• Men Fun

Already you know about Men Fun, a weekly contest that are created for our community members to take part and be rewarded with different prices. For the best entrances and the ones that are following the rules.

- Choosing the Ambassadors or the Representatives

We are sure that our community will grow because we have already a very good number of subscribers for a very short time. You can check the details below in the results how many active members we do have. By time we will need some help on translations, as time passes we may need more ideas for contests, we will need more promotion and we may need help for curating the right contents. This is why we have a plan on finding the Representatives for the countries that are actives Steemians.

- Bring New Users to Steemit

Through Social Media Marketing on Twitter with Hashtags we are sure that many people are impressed and will be interested to see more about Steem Men's Club and Steemit. We are planning on creation easier tools for them to learn Steemit and start to create content and invest into Steem and SBD.

Besides that we are planning to:

• Create a blogging website

Make a blogging website, creating a Bot that will use every post with #steemmensclub hashtag on steemit platform to automatically publish into the blog. This will help the SEO and the Google Rankings, meaning more visuality and traffic for Steemit.

• Creation of Curation Trail
• Increase our SP through Delegation and Curate Strong Contents
• etc etc ...

Creation of Social Media and Visuals

Social Media and Visuals are an important part, we work professionally and give importance to this part. Social Media Management is so important because this is how we express who we are and what we do. During the first week we have created our Discord Server and Twitter Account.

Our Twitter is growing, we have tweeted 18 tweets. And many impressions already came, also engaged people.
Have designed many thumbnails and shared couple of contents.

Next Step is creation of Minds.com account, there are many users that know about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, so a good chance for them to learn more about Steemit and be part of our amazing community.

Currently we have 133 Subscribers just for one week, this makes us so happy!
