It actually took me a while to learn that my experiences are not so unique and special. Far from commonplace, but not unique. That's blatant.
Yes, they are unique since no one is, feels or experiences the same besides the details are different, the way we are indoctrinated, abused and how we deal with life experiences.
It is unique, if you are up to it it is good to speak out loud and shout or cry, feel bitter, angry and frustrated because this happened to you and it is you who has to make it fit into your life. No one else can do that and there is no manual you can follow to forget or make it work.
Look at the comments how different they are and what people read or believe you talk about.
It is long and rough road to be where you are today. I take my hat off for you and hope it helps to open eyes or warn but also show there is a way out, hope for a better life and build a safe nest.
