"Biogas" I might have heard this name in Indian films. :-)
But I haven't seen anything like it here in Pakistan. As for the difference in price, I think currency devaluation could be a reason. Because until a few years ago, what used to cost 10 is now 50, so maybe something similar is happening there. But I haven't gone into such details. Time is changing a lot. Price increases have become a common thing. Earlier, prices used to rise after a year, but now there's a new rate every day.
