"Well, this is very good for building muscle mass. So it is often used for athletes who are building muscle. Or bodybuilders prefer to consume chicken, because it contains bCHa which can increase muscle formation. The fins of fresh fish still look strong. If the fins are pulled, they are not easily broken or damaged. Next, check the stomach of the fish. If you press the stomach of a fresh fish, it is not easily torn. Then finally, the meat of fresh fish, if you hold it, feels chewy.

Sometimes we lose the delicious taste of the fish, because we have to remove the fish bones when we eat. And not infrequently there are also some of my friends who choke because of fish bones. If you experience this, you must panic. But don't worry, because there are things you can do.

The first is you can use white rice to remove the bones, or food that is stuck in the throat. The method is, roll the rice into a sticky ball, and it must be swallowed once so that it can enter the neck quickly. The rice will enter, and go down dragging other particles such as fish bones that are also stuck to the rice, and come off the problematic throat area, while pushing the food down into your stomach.

If it is too difficult to swallow, use the second method, namely raw eggs, to overcome the case of a throat that is choked by fish bones. The sticky nature of egg yolk is also as effective as rice balls. The method is the same as using rice. Swallow the egg in one go.
