Hello Steemian Friends....
Today I participated in an event that I held in the Walkwithme community with the topic of sharing kindness and seeing smiles on their faces.

Today...

Actually there is a lot of good that we can do to make someone or some people especially those closest to us so that we can see a little smile on their face or make their heart happy. There are various kinds of good things we can do, from small things to big things, good things through help that we can do either with material or energy.
There are many underprivileged people where I live, but my abilities are small and I am also a weak person, but with my condition like this it does not rule out the possibility for me to do good and help others.

Today I am determined to give something simple with what I can afford to one of the grandmothers who has paralyzed legs. Surely she is no stranger to me because I know her well. She lives in the next village. She lives with an unemployed son who is 38 years old but not yet married. I also really know the nature of his son who likes to trouble his paralyzed mother by telling him to wash his clothes and even ask his mother for pocket money. The ugly nature of boys made me feel sorry for the paralyzed state.

Give something away

At 4 pm I left home to Grong-Grong market to buy something for her to break his fast. However, before that I first stopped at a supermarket to buy sugar and syrup and 1 pcs of dates.

I bought her a bottle of syrup so he could break his fast every evening.

Dates for her to add vitamins. This has become our habit when we are fasting and when we break our fast we eat some dates.

Maybe this looks very small a bottle of syrup, dates and sugar. However, I really hope this is useful for her paralyzed grandmother.

I paid for groceries in cashier and it was worth it $4 USD. That's what I bought !!!

I added 1 box of rice with chicken and chili paste for her to break his fast.

And also some cake snacks that are sold in the market during the afternoon.

Grandma's house

After buying some things and eating the food that I was going to give to the grandmother, I continued my journey and went to the grandmother's house. Oh, yes ! Her name is Maimunah.

His house is simple and I think this is a house that is not suitable for her to live in because with her muddy feet she has to go up and down the stairs by sliding slowly so as not to fall.

If she is under the house, sometimes she uses a wheelchair and cane aids.

When I got to his house I immediately went upstairs because it was impossible to call her from below, she also had a little problem with hearing. When I got to the top of his house I saw her cooking in the kitchen.

And I gave my gift for her .I know this is small and I hope it helps her a little bit and I want her to keep smiling happily. Maybe this is the only thing I can share my story with friends.
The point is still doing good even though it is a small thing and it is all according to our ability but it means a lot to them.
