Good morning everyone, today's day started with a beautiful nature and environment, but then the environment became a little cloudy. Now, however, a little cold wind is blowing, it seems that today's whole environment will be cold and the heat will not be too much. Beautiful days become more beautiful due to various arrangements of taste.

Today I will share such a delicious food recipe, it is called 'Alur Chop' in our local language. It is considered a popular item not only in the month of Ramadan but also throughout the year in our country. I have to make this recipe almost every day for Iftar. So today I am sharing the steps with you.

First, I boiled the potatoes and stuffed them with dried chilies and onions. Then I made small and round-shaped fillings.

Then I made a slightly thick paste with gram flour, rice powder and water. However, it has to be made with a little caution. Because it is not good if it is too thin or thick.

Then I dipped the potato purees in the paste with my hands. Then I heated oil in a pan and fried them in that oil. It took some time to fry them. When they turned light brown in color, I took them out.
