On the 24th Iftar of 2025, my beloved wife prepared delicious stuffed rolls and cutlets for me. I also enjoyed a special Punjabi Kadhi, a renowned dish in Punjabi cuisine. To make this Kadhi, we prepared homemade yogurt and combined it with besan (gram flour) and other essential ingredients. Since Kadhi is incomplete without pakoras, I went grocery shopping and bought potatoes, spinach, and some fruit. My wife then fried the pakoras to perfection.

Additionally, we shared our Iftar dishes with our neighbors, and in return, they kindly offered us rice and dates. It was a truly vibrant and heartwarming Iftar experience.
