Leaf Cutter Cuckoo Bees (Coelioxys sp,)

in Beauty of Creativity5 days ago

It's good to be back with some shots of a group of Leaf-cutter Cuckoo Bee (Coelioxys sp,) that I found resting on dried twig. Unlike the other time when I found a little stuff, I used a smartphone to take their photos, but this time I decided to use smartphone with external macro device that I bought about a couple weeks ago. I considered this challenge as a pleasant job so whenever I found bees, I manage to hunt them down. Sometimes I failed to catch but some other time I successfully captured them. While being on the shot, I never thought that they would sting me, and thank for being friendly with me. There are many types of bees around here, and I think this bee is more friendly than others. Indeed, I had to spend much time hunting and waiting for them to calm, that was the efforts to gain better results. As you may all know, taking a bee's photo was not easy as we thought, sharp eyes are needed to see where it possibly stops. Since they were steady, I could use my DSLR to shoot them from the distance range.
