THE DIARY GAME|| 5-20-21: "A Call for Duty - My Day as a Teacher-Researcher"

A wonderful day steemit friends!

Who's up for some action?

I woke up at 5 am for today's activity. I need to report to other school before 7:30 am to attend "Training Workshop on ACTION RESEARCH".

I left the house at 6:00 am through a motorcycle ride with my husband.

And I did arrive at 7:00 am, 30 minutes earlier before the registration of the training.

The registration of the participants started at 7:30 am.

Then the opening program followed at 8:00am.

At around 9:00am the session proper followed, I am very eager to listen and participate this kind of training so I could give answers the questions I keep in mind, "What is it and why is there a need to have this action research in the field of education?"
Our morning session, was filled with full of informative topics on the survey of knowledge and skills to our students, and how to assess these needs. I am glad that this already answered my questions.

In our lunch time, we were served by sumptuous lunch.

The afternoon session, was very comprehensive. We were able to identify the problems' meet in each school with regards to students' difficulty to learn. We identified hindrances on students' part and that would a great start to do action research because the purpose of this training tends to solve problems, specifically for our students' welfare .

• the workshop session...
  For me this is a CALL so I could voice out the root cause of our students in line of learning difficulties, specially in this pandemic times. I believe, today's training-workshop would lead me to inculcate probable solutions that I could impart to my fellow teachers so they could also do their part being the second parents to our students.

I went home satisfied and ready to move forward and do an action... of what I learned today.
