plywood cutting process for table
Today I started working on a customer's order. This project involves several important stages, from cutting plywood, installing to sanding to produce a neat and ready-to-use table. And several stages during the work that I do.

  • step 1: cutting plywood

The first step is cutting plywood according to the size desired by the consumer. The plywood used has a thickness of 12 mm, strong enough to be used as a table material. I use a hand grinder with a special blade for wood so that the cutting results are more precise.

Before cutting, I drew a pattern according to the size and design of the table. After the pattern was finished, I placed the plywood on a stable work table. I turned on the grinder and started cutting slowly following the lines I had drawn. This process requires precision so as not to deviate from the pattern.

  • step 2: installation

After all the plywood pieces were finished, I proceeded to the installation stage. Table components such as legs, support frames and table tops were put together using high-quality wood glue and nail guns to ensure sturdiness.

The assembly was done carefully so that all the parts were connected neatly. The corners of the table were checked using a square to ensure symmetry. After all the parts were assembled, I let the glue dry for a few hours before moving on to the next step.

  • Step 3: sanding and finishing

This last step is for sanding, which aims to smooth the surface of the table so that it is comfortable to use. I use a hand grinder equipped with fine sandpaper. The sanding process is carried out on the entire surface of the table, including corners and edges to remove rough wood fibers.

After sanding is complete, I check the table again to make sure all parts are smooth. The table is ready to be finished, such as a coat of paint or varnish to suit the customer's request.

  • Final result and satisfaction

After all the steps are completed, the table looks sturdy, neat and ready to use. This process requires not only technical skills, but also attention to detail to ensure the best quality. I am proud to be able to complete this order on time, satisfying the customer while strengthening their trust in my service.
