Actsofkindness: Day 6 of the search for victims swept away by the Krueng River current, there is still no bright spot

Entering the sixth day of the search for Muhammad Farhad's younger brother, a boy who was swept away by the Krueng Pasee river, the hope of finding him is still burning, although until now there have been no signs of the victim. The search team consisting of the SAR team, local residents, and youth from Gampong Blang continue to work hard combing the river with patience and enthusiasm.

Since morning, volunteers have gathered again at the starting point of the search to formulate a new strategy. They use various methods, from tracing the riverbank, diving at certain points, to utilizing aids such as long bamboo and tire floats to reach areas that are difficult to access. However, the challenging terrain and the still quite strong river currents are the main obstacles in this search process.

The victim's family continues to monitor developments with great hope. Although tired and anxious, they continue to pray and hope that Allah SWT will ease the search process and immediately provide clues about their child's whereabouts. Support from the surrounding community has also waned. Many residents also went down to the river, while others helped by providing food and drinks for the search team.

Today's weather conditions are quite supportive, although the wind blows hard occasionally. The SAR team together with residents expanded the search area to several kilometers from the initial location of the incident. Several points that were considered potential were also examined more thoroughly, but the results were still nil.

This search is truly a test for all parties involved. Even so, the spirit of mutual cooperation and community concern remains high. Many young people continue to participate in the search tirelessly, showing how great the solidarity is between them.

Towards the afternoon, the search was again temporarily stopped and will be continued the next day. This decision was taken to maintain the physical condition of the volunteers so that they remain in top condition for the next search.

We ask for prayers from all parties so that this search will soon bear fruit. May Allah SWT give strength to the victim's family and the entire search team, and immediately provide guidance so that Muhammad Farhad's brother can be found.
