Steem Healthcare Community purpose

Steem healthcare community is one of the blogging communities about health and medicine as well as a true healthy way of life and this community supports people from all over the world who make posts about health and natural and modern medicine because for us, health is very valuable for life us so that people who need explanations about their health and treatment can find them in the Steem Healthcare community. We think the purpose of our community is very important because it can be a place for doctors or ordinary people who want to post about health and medicine on steemit.

Very many join the Steem Healthcare community because they believe that this community is very good for supporting health in this world and now from several countries who have actively made posts and interacted in the comments and we really support those who are active in the community and actively comment.

We also always run a contest every week with a different theme and the moderator team will hold a discussion about the theme that is run every week and choose a theme that is very useful for our society in the world.

Community Team

The Steem Healthcare community consists of @imamalkimas and @mudajuli as community founders and also they are from Indonesia and assisted by 3 other moderators.

@ahyar92 from Indonesia : he is fluent in Indonesian and understands English well and is an expert in graphic design
@goodybest from Nigeria : he speaks fluent English
@lidiasteem from Indonesia : he is fluent in Indonesian and understands English well.
We will choose more moderators in the future when we need it and the community is very developed and for the time being having 3 moderators is enough to help build the community at this time.

Community Curation Account

@shc-curator is our community curation account and currently has around 649 SPs on its own and 350 SPs delegated to it
Our plan to grow account SPs is to encourage our community members to delegate to this community curation account.

Currently the post reward from the @shc-curator account is 50% SBD reward; 70% of it is converted to Steem for increased steem power for the community's future and 30% to finance community-run contests.

Currently the master key of the @shc-curator account is owned by admins @imamalkimas and @mudajuli and the posting key is owned by our community moderator

Plagiarism & Abuse

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited on Steemit. To reduce this, Moderators @ahyar92 and @goodybest will check every post in the community. If we find it, we give a warning first time so they don't repeat it in the next post. However, if it happens again in the future then we will mute it from our community.

In this case @endingplagiarism also has an important role for this community which always helps us in overcoming plagiarism. Every report we receive, we will take action on it such as warning or muting the user.

In addition, we also verify members Here to avoid using farm accounts.

Engagement & Comments

We require Moderators to comment on every post in this Community. There is no limit in this case, Moderators are able to reach all posts in the community.

We are aware that we cannot reach all posts for us to include in the Booming Teams Community Support Program. Through comments on the posts of community members, this can be a form of our appreciation and gratitude for them.

Plans & Updates

We admins as community founders plan to be more independent by running a delegation program to the community curator account and sharing the results with the delegates every month so that more posts from steemian can be appreciated, we think this is very fundamental for the future development of the community, so that in the future there will be more and more active subscribers, and then we are trying to attract steemians to join the steem Healthcare community so that more useful things are shared every day in the community.

We have two contests, namely weekly contests and daily contests, weekly contests with a duration of one week and the topics are always updated every week, as well as daily contests which are updated every two days, the topics chosen are adjusted to the issues circulating related to the world of health. Recently, we've also updated our monthly boom curation posts to create a more transparent community.

In addition, in the future, we will run charity and humanitarian programs by collecting donations from steemian and inserting a little of the curator's account income from the remaining prize costs to contest winners, this charity program will be distributed to those who have serious health problems but are constrained in terms of our costs. trying to ease the burden of medical expenses that they do, besides that the charity program is also aimed at those who experience disasters.

Promotion

Our community team is trying to promote as much as possible. There are several promotional techniques that we use to introduce the Steem Healthcare Community to steemit users and others.

1. Promotion through Community Clothes

This is the promotion method that we use, namely making community clothes for our members. So this method can not only attract steemit users, but also for those who are not familiar with steemit.

2. Through Promotional Contest

Holding a promotional contest is one of the techniques we use. This will be a competition between participants to participate and promote as much as possible.

3. promotion through Steem Healthcare Website (The next plan)

This is a new plan that we will use to promote Steemit as well as this community. We are not only trying to promote steemit on social media, but we are trying to reach search engines like Google and others.

Regarding promotion through the website steemhealthcare.org will be handled by Moderator @ahyar92. He will improve the website, and will be a content writer there. We will be running this new project this August.

We have only allowed #steemexclusive posts in our community from the start and we will continue to do so.

We feel that our community should be supported because we are not only here to squeeze out the steem blockchain prize pool but we are committed to advancing steemit and also being a forum that accommodates posts about health and medicine and also how to properly care for the body and also from this support can used to be capital in maintaining health because health is everything for us and work together as members of the Steem blockchain community, so that the Steem blockchain is useful for the wider and prosperous community as long as possible.

We are hoping that the Steemit team will take our community into consideration on receiving this Community of the Month Support Program. We welcome any feedback or any request that your team requires us to do for the improvement of the community as a whole.
