||Contest|| "My Art My Creativity Week 24 : twin shrimp"
Assalamualaikum Steemit friends. How are you today? I hope you are always healthy.
Before that, I would like to invite some of my wonderful friends to participate together in this wonderful contest.
@nana12 @yunushandzallah and @zharaa
let's go to the first step. before starting it would be good if we prepare the necessary tools first, Here I use several tools, namely:
- origami
- small marker
- scissors
The first step is to take a sheet of origami paper, here I use pink origami paper measuring 16×16. then fold the origami paper from one end to the other end to form a triangle. Next, reopen the origami that has been folded earlier and take the other side, fold it to the line that has been formed earlier. Do the same on the other side.
Next, fold the two sides again to form a shape like the picture above, then on the wider part, fold it in a little and open it again.
After opening it again, fold the origami paper again and cut a small triangle on the straight part. at the top, cut horizontally from the smallest end to the largest, cut only a little because it will be used as the shrimp's whiskers. make sure the paper does not come loose from the body.
After that, open it again and fold the part of the paper that has been cut on the side, insert the cut paper into the prism-shaped hole that we made earlier. flatten and press firmly with your fingers.
After that, turn it over and make a curve like in the picture above, do it carefully and precisely because this will be the body of the shrimp, if it is not balanced then the shrimp produced will not be good because it is also not balanced.
After making the fold of the paper, then slowly pull the body of the shrimp from the fold. do it very carefully so as not to tear. after all parts of the curve are pulled properly it will produce shrimp with a very perfect curve.
After everything is finished, never forget the final touch, which is making eyes from the mini markers that we have provided earlier. slowly make a perfect circle. Shrimp from origami paper has been completed. looks good doesn't it?
Thank you for reading until the end, look forward to the next origami paper craft☺️.
