How are you friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a creativity contest organized by @mesola maam. I love cooking different types of food and one of the popular recipes in our country is pickles. We can make different types of pickles in different seasons like mango pickle, olive pickle, plum pickle. Now that we have passed the winter season and are heading towards summer, we are going to have a summer hereNow that we have passed the winter season and are heading towards summer, we are going to have a summer here. Now there are many ripe plums available in the market and we can buy these ripe plums at a very low price. However, with these ripe plums, we can not only make them for eating, but also make pickles from them and we can keep these pickles in the refrigerator for several months. Bengalis love to eat pickles and they like to eat pickles with various recipes or with khichdi. Today I will tell you how to make pickles from plums.

Step 04
and after stirring for a while, the plums will become soft and the water will come out from inside. Then you have to stir it well. Never leave it alone otherwise it will stick to the bottom.

Step 05
Stir it well otherwise it will dry out. Then if you cook it for a while more, the plums will become sticky and then they will be almost ready. Then, remove the pan from the heat and carefully remove the pickles on a plate.

Step 06
Then, there are some other things to do with the pickles, such as drying them in the sun for three to four days. Once they are well dried, add mustard oil and some pickle spices to them. Cover them boim tightly and store them in the refrigerator for five to six months. And this way we can easily make and eat pickles for several months.
