funny, exciting and annoying moments

I am in a terrible situation

Today I am presenting a picture of an incident that is the most frightening image of my life. Even today when I remember the incident of that day I can't sleep, I get panicked. Today I am sharing that incident.
It is around 2:30 in the night. I suddenly woke up with chest pain. I feel pain in the middle of my chest. At first, I thought this pain was due to gastric. I took gastric medicine. I walked around for a while. But the pain didn't go away. I lay down. I couldn't sleep. I kept feeling uncomfortable on the bed. After some time, I felt my pain getting worse. I tried to get up from the bed.
But I couldn't get up. Even if my body moves a little, I feel great pain. I slowly got up from the side of the bed to lie down very carefully. I feel unbearable pain in the upper part of the body, especially the two arms and chest. I realized that I had a big problem. From my common experience, I realized that it might have some connection with a heart attack. It was 4.30 a.m. on the clock. My wife woke up. She wanted to know the reason why I couldn't get to bed. She is a very emotional woman. And gets scared easily. I didn't want to scare her. So, I reassured her that a slight gastric problem had developed, nothing else.
I performed ablution and prayed to the great Rabbul Alamin to release me from this unborn husband. Then I called my neighbor. But he did not receive the call. Meanwhile, my discomfort continued to increase. This time I messaged him to call me urgently. My neighbor is a pharmacist and I have a good relationship with him. When he called me after some time, I met him and told him about my problem.
After hearing that, he said that the symptoms were not good and asked to take the doctor's advice urgently. Meanwhile, my wife woke up from the sound of my opening the door. And she heard all my conversations with the neighbor.
I tried to reassure him but I couldn't find the strength in my voice.
I freshened up and left for the hospital at 6 am. I was tensed all the way. Meanwhile, I didn't sleep at night, and now I'm getting sleepy, but I keep trying hard not to fall asleep. Some years ago, some of my friends also had this kind of sleep. He died of a stroke. Now I feel more scared. Once I reached the hospital. The doctor in the emergency department gave me several tests. When I got the test report, the doctor said that I had heart attack symptoms. Many medicines. He advised me to consult a specialist cardiologist urgently.
Later I am still taking medicine as advised by one of the best cardiologists in Bangladesh.
That night was the scariest night of my life. I observed the dangerous situation before the heart attack. I tried to highlight some of those events in today's context.
