These pictures are many, and this is special because it snaps and special day, that day was was a day the full meaning of wasa is West African social activities it is usually once a year in a barracks that's my area, that place you will see when different cultures participate in the events, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, and Efik dancing doing many things about their culture, and they also cook cultural food.

They used to dance their cultural ways, the culture that they used to surprise them was tiv culture, which was the Benue. They moved slowly like a snack, and they used to tear off war, where you would see people drawing each other with a rope. That event was very entertaining.

What made that picture special?

However, this picture is special because it's a barracks event and it comes only once a year. And you can't find this event anywhere in Nigeria; only in the barracks can you find it. It looks special because it comes once a year. And always with me in events, I with my friends @anthony002 used to attend these events together, and they are senior men like the officers in the events it used to be entertaining, in that same event they used to share food like Rice and Stew, jello rice, soup, etc, you can choose your choice.

Was it any special event, or something that quickly caught your eye?

Yeah, it is a special event that comes once a year, in early January or late December, and the event used to take place in the barracks. Different from practicing their dance before that day. Like me, my tribe is Igbo, so they used to practice Igbo dancing e in our house. They will go that day to showcase their talent. The sweetest part of all is that they used to win prizes, which is good; they used the awards in that event to encourage the people to stand for their culture because many deny their culture in a situation like this.

Did it remind you of any story, or Inspire you to write one for our story lovers??

It reminds me I was a kid when I attended this event is for to come to collect my food and go home I don't know what is going on in that place but I know the name of the event but I don't know what it stands for, seems I know myself I have never missed this event because it very entertaining and people represent their culture.

Was it taken by you or any professional photographer

These pictures were taken by my friend and me; he taught me how to take photos very well, he knows the work very well, and he knows how to snap very well. He was the one who was taking the first part of the when they had just started, and I took over in the middle of the event.
