Hello community is nice was waiting in this contest today yes do I wasn't available last week to participate in the contest but I'm sure this week I'll be full and how was your night how was your day well mine was fantastic and nice.
Today being a Saturday ☺️ I decided to assist my mum since I didn't have anywhere to go. Well I was helping my mum to slice cassava that would be used for making African salad.

      Helping parents is always a good thing. The yucca is very tasty and nutritious, sometimes I find it a little complicated to peel it. I had not heard of the African salad, I will be looking for the recipe to try it.
