Today I came to participate in the wonderful diary game contest organized by the moderator of this community @m-fdo. It is a very wonderful contest. Every morning is very sacred for us, so I woke up to the sound of the call to prayer, I performed ablution and prayed Fajr. Then I lay down for a while, then I ate a banana in the morning to freshen up, it will make my brain stronger.

Then I walked and waited for a while near our house for an autorickshaw because I will go to Sakhipur city today to meet my friend. Although it is very important for me to meet him, I went there on time and met him. From there, while returning home, I was standing in front of a huge hardware showroom where I saw a Wheelbarrow.

This Wheelbarrow is used to carry various small items. It is mainly used for various work and company purposes. It looks very smart and it is a very necessary vehicle. However, when I came home from there, it suddenly started raining. During the rain, I collected some mangoes from our mango tree and brought them home.

Suddenly, I planned to make mango bharta with my younger brother. So I got all my ingredients ready. The ingredients were a few pieces of mango, green chili, salt, mango cutting knife, mango shredding machine. We had all these ingredients with us. First, we washed the mango cleanly and then started chopping it. First, you need to peel the mangoes.

Then, in a clean bowl, wash a few pieces of chili and the cut mangoes in clean water. So that the dirt on them falls off. If there is dirt while stuffing the mangoes, it will look bad and it will be uncomfortable to eat. Therefore, you should always wash each fruit while maintaining cleanliness.

Now I threw away the water and then I chopped the mangoes into small pieces, so I took the small piece machine. Basically, this machine divides the mangoes into small pieces. So I rubbed it and converted a large mango into small pieces. But be careful not to get your fingers stuck there and get cut. It is a very sharp object. Then I cut a few pieces of green chili and chopped them into pieces.

You can see in the picture below that the mangoes have been cut into small pieces. Now these mangoes have to be mashed very hard. Along with this, I mixed salt in it, some small amount of sugar to give it a sweet taste. Now I stirred it with my hands. Then on top of it I added a special spice called Kasundi. Kasundi is a kind of spicy spice which enhances the taste of the stuffing many times.

Finally you can see that the mango bharta is ready. It tasted a bit sweet and a bit soggy and a bit bitter. Anyway, I shared it with everyone. They all enjoyed eating it and praised me for making it.
