Today I will share a recipe in the contest Let's do it...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more organized by @mesola mam in the Steem Kids and Parents community. This delicious and fun egg and potato recipe will beat fish and meat. My boys love to eat this fun recipe. Eggs contain a lot of nutrients which are very beneficial for children's health. The nutrients in eggs increase the immunity of everyone, young and old. I think this egg potato curry is full of nutrients and is beneficial for children's health. Without further ado, let's move on to my recipe today.

🥚Ingredients required for Egg Potato Recipe:🥚

Garlic paste1 teaspoon

Chili powder1 teaspoon
Coriander powder1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/4 teaspoon

Oil100 g.m.

🥚Cooking method:🥚

1st step:

Boil five eggs in a pot with enough water. Peel the eggs when they are well cooked.

2nd step:

Now mix the eggs and potato pieces well with salt and a little turmeric. Mix the eggs and potatoes with salt and turmeric and fry them well for a beautiful color.

Step 3:

Heat oil in a pot on the stove. Then lightly fry the marinated potatoes and eggs. The eggs should not be fried too much. After frying them lightly brown, I will remove the eggs and potatoes in a pot.

Step 4:

Fry the chopped onion in the oil, stirring continuously. The chopped onion should not be fried too much, so when the chopped onion becomes soft, I add half a teaspoon of ginger paste and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. Then stir all the ingredients again and fry.

Step 5:

Fry the ginger paste and garlic paste for about 30 seconds, the raw smell of the spices will go away. Then add the chopped tomatoes. The tomatoes will cook while cooking. Adding tomatoes will enhance the flavor of the curry and thicken the broth.

Step 6:

After cooking the tomatoes for two minutes, add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt as needed. Grind everything together with a little water so that the powdered spices do not burn.

Step 7:

After grinding the spices well, stir in the fried potatoes and mix them with the spices. Then cover with a little water to cook the potatoes. Remove the lid in between and stir once so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Step 8:

After five minutes, remove the lid of the pot. Now the potatoes are almost cooked. At this stage, add the fried eggs to the potatoes. After adding the eggs, sprinkle four green chilies, which will add a nice flavor to the curry.

Step 9:

Now add additional water for the broth. Add two cups of water so that the broth remains after the potatoes are cooked well. After thoroughly stirring, place a lid on it. At this stage, the stove should be kept on medium heat.

Step 10:

Remove the lid after 5 minutes. The egg potato curry broth has thickened at this stage, I added chopped coriander leaves. Then I kept the stove on low and cooked for another two minutes. Now the delicious egg potato broth recipe is ready.

Step 11:

After simmering for three minutes, I served the egg potato broth in a bowl. It looks as tempting as it tastes delicious.
