THE DIARY GAME : 1-28-25 | DISTRIBUTION OF FEEDING PACKS TO BENEFICIARY PUPILS

In the first month of the school year, we record the height and weight of our pupils. We, as the class teacher adviser will record their body mass index. Then we will forward the results to our school nurse. They will pick the pupils with low body mass index or the pupils with malnourished status. The Department of Education allocated budget for the Feeding program at school. They will be given different nutritious foods every school days. The food are good for snacks and meals designed for the malnourished pupils. Then at the end of the school year, they will be monitored and the changes of their body mass index.

Today, they received a set of snacks. The feeding teacher has to go somewhere so she just left it at my classroom. I distributed the following to my four feeding beneficiary:

• 1 pack of rice
• 2 packs of cookies
• 1 pack of fruit mix crunch
• 1 pack of cereals

I call them to see if they are present. They are excited everytime they received feeding foods and grateful for these blessings.

I took photos of them to because we need to keep documentation if invade they will ask for it. They look healthier everyday because of the nutritious food they eat from the department. For the next monitoring of their BMI, we will have it on March or April to see if they really improve.

As an evident if they received the foods, they will signed a document using their own penmanship writing their complete name.
