On Monday, February 10,2025, we were with our brethren in Christ. It is our finale day in our gathering, and someone sponsored a dinner for us in an eat all you can Korean restaurant.

Manimok-o Restaurant

Actually, I am not a fan of other cuisine but only Filipino foods. I have tried samgyupsal before, but it was long time ago. Samgyupsal is a Korean cuisine that use to grill the meat cut thinly. It is like a barbecue style with some para of cabbage or kimchi. This is my second visit in a manimok-o restaurant but in different branches.

Some of their food displayed on the buffet are spicy. But I tried their sushi and other pork menus. There are also french fries and fruit salad. There are also seafood available such as shrimp and tempura. You can choose different flavors of juices with ice such as pineapple, orange and ice tea.

In reality, I don't really know how to eat Samgyupsal but I like sushi. My daughter wants rice and a fried chicken. But maybe the fried chicken Korean style is new to her that is why she eat a little only. She picks French fries because when she taste the pork, she didn't eat it. I also tried to eat the Filipino seafoods and are delicious.

As much as I want to do grilling but my daughter may touch heat parts. I am thankful to my colleagues because she did it for us. The smoke in the grill was absorbs by that long neck equipment. While the grill is pure charcoal below. I also ate the meat and other grill foods but I need to stand up while eating to digest the food in my tummy. I wanted to eat more but I didn't because we still need to travel and it is already 8 in the evening when I got full. My daughter eats a little but drinks more juice.

This has been a memorable day for us together with my fellow church leaders. Also, I am happy to get bond with my eldest daughter.
