Introduction
Good afternoon friends. I am @ijedeboss and am here to display a little piece of art I wrote. This is a play please do well to read. The play is titled obi the rejected suitor.
Characters in the play
Obi- is a farmer
Ada- The daughter of nkechi
Nkechi- The wife of Don
Don- The father of ada and the husband of nkechi
Introduction
Obi is an orphan who's parents died when he was still in primary school. He stayed with his uncle and aunt which they don't have enough money to take him to school so he stopped school and he learnt how to farm and he started farming in his uncle's farm.
Episode 1
Obi- I think is for me to get married since I am in love with Ada I have to meet her parent and ask for her hand in marriage.
(Obi visited the family of ada and he also called for a meeting in Ada"s family home).
Nkechi- Good day my elders, good day obi am surprised to owe thos visit let me go and call my husband.
Don- greetings everyone is a pleasure to meet you all.
Obi- Thank you sir am here to ask for your daughter hand in marriage.
(Don and his wife laughed thinking it was joke).
Nkechi- So you have planned to destroy our family you poor local farmer you don't have any shame.
