Update #102: Writing Expedition ✍️, Have Fun while Writing! Drawing of Beautiful Birds on Flowering Tree

Greetings to you all believing that you are fine as I am. My reason for writing today is to present my beautiful drawing of two birds on a flowering tree. This is a community for parents and kids, and I am sure that everyone will be in love with this drawing. I appreciate @steemkidss for sustaining this weekly contest. Without wasting time, let's get into the business.

Materials For Drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Sharpener
• Colours

Step 1
I began my drawing with the bird on the left-hand side. I first drew the long beak. After the beak, I drew the head, followed by the body and then the legs. I also drew the branch of a tree on which the bird is standing.

Step 2
I drew the second bird. Here, I also begin with the long beak followed by the body of the bird and then the tree.

Step 3
At this step, I drew the flowers on the tree on which the birds were standing.

Step 4
At this step, I began colouring. I first started with the bird on the left-hand side. I used by 10B pencil to colour the beak and parts of the eye. I used blue colour on the head, green, black and red on the wings. I coloured the tail blue and black. I also used brown colour for the branch branch of the tree.

Step 5
Here, I started colouring the second bird. I also used a 10B pencil to colour the beak and then blue and red colour for the head and neck of the bird.

Step 6
I completed the colouring of the second bird. I coloured the wings with green, black and red colour for the wings, black and blue for the tail. I used a 6B pencil for the body of the bird and then a 10B pencil for the legs of the bird. Finally, I coloured the branch of a tree that the bird is standing on using brown colour.

Step 7
I coloured all the purple leaves using purple colour.

Step 8
I coloured all the remaining leaves. Some of the leaves are green, while the remaining ones are white with a touch of blue, green and purple.
