Winners Wk6 & Capturing Moments Wk7 : Application 4 - Sky Photography

It's another week to capture moments of nature and natural things that makes our environment economical and beautiful. Last week, we focused on plants photography and we had six entries submitted by users from different countries. These users ensured they were intentional about their photographing and did justice to the contest questions.

These are the results for work done. Though some did out of the instructions given, their photographs were top-notch. These are the winners for this contest based on quality and rules application. I learnt different things from the plants you all shared and I say a big congratulations to the winners and nom-winners.

This week, we will still go natural by exploring moments in the sky which are the basis for our survival as to rain and sun. Just imagine a life without the sky and clouds which forms rain? Does it make the world even more beautiful? Do we appreciate its creator?

Sky Photography

**Every night, we sleep and wake up to see the bright sky the next day, as blue and beautiful as a living thing. Some people ask, why does the clouds in the sky moves, why is the sky blue, why does rain fall from the sky and many more. Ever wondered? We see the sky everyday. Let's be a part of the sky this week.

Let's capture the moment of the sky and observe how they behave. This will help us appreciate the creator of such beneficial living thing. The following are hints to work on. Can't wait to read all entries.

Contest Hints

• Observe the sky with your eyes and mind for 5 minutes and tell us what you see. What if there was no sky? What would the world be like?

• Does the Sky add to the beauty of the environment and what are the benefits of the sky?

• What challenges did you face capturing this Sky and have you even seen the clouds move in the sky? If yes, what's the reason behind this

• Capture 2 pictures of the sky by zooming out and by zooming in your camera. Briefly tell the differences between the two captures.
