So let start our activity without any delay and elaborate the theme of the contest

When i woke up early in the morning at 6°clock i atarted my day with the name of allah almighty then i completed my task because my son was not well he had temperature and sour throat then he was face pain inear and he never sleep over night so i completed my task and prepare some water of salt and alum for gargals and keep some water on stove for some steam becaus the doctor prescribed that thing to reduce the congestion of chest and this is very suitable thing for lungs🫁 so after free from that i completed my other task and then

i prepared the breakfast for my children and me then i was having breakfast with my son and its value in steem currency in 150 steem and after free from that i gave the medicine for him and said to my son that he laid down and do maximum rest after a while i cleaned the kitchen and my house🏠 then my daughter woke up and wanted to eat some breakfast so i prepared the breakfast and she having the breakfast with the help of me this is french toast and its value in steem currency is maximum 120 steem

So i thought about the lunch which is suitable for my son and it is more sufficent for his health and his taste so i prepared the chicken curry Which is suitable for his situation and it iwas favourite of my daughter so i prepared it along with i prepared vegetable soup🍲 for both of them which is value of steem currency in 250 steem
After free from that i checked the temperature of my son which is very high i gave him the lunch and first of all i served the soup which is very benefical for his health

After few moment when i gave him the lunch my daughter started the study and prepared the assignment of her class and i helped her in the studies after free from studies i rechecked the temperature again of my son which is normal however he took medicine in time⏲️ and i was much worried about him and i prayed to allah almighty taht allah protect my son in every situation i gave them dinner and after the dinner they saw mobile clips on mobile phone after half hour they slept and then i slept on the bed
