For my performance, I've selected "Ogechi (Remix) by Davido", my all-time favorite artist. Since primary school, I've been captivated by his unique sound. What draws me to Davido's music is how his albums often introduce distinctive dance moves tailored to each song's beat and rhythm. Tracks like "Skelewu, Gobe, Dodo", and many others have their own signature dance styles, making his music an absolute delight to move to.

I have a special affinity for "Ogechi (Remix) by Davido", as it holds sentimental value. The song was famously played at Davido's wedding with Chioma, and coincidentally, my close friend also chose it for their special day. As a groomsman, I vividly remember the joy and excitement that filled the air. Now, whenever I hear "Ogechi", I'm instantly transported back to those unforgettable moments. The song has become an emotional trigger, evoking memories of love, happiness, and celebration. I've even considered incorporating it into my own wedding playlist, whenever that special day may come.

What's Inspired you to dance?

According to my doctor, muscle soreness is often triggered by sudden or irregular physical activities, such as vigorous dancing or unpredictable body movements. This insight was shared during a consultation to address my previous health concerns. Recognizing the vital role dance plays in overall well-being, I found inspiration to move. As a fitness enthusiast, I understand that health is life's greatest wealth.

Dancing, a key component of my Friday exercise routine, fuels my passion. Confidence also drives my enthusiasm. Mastering 80% of dance techniques motivates me to continue improving and sharing my talent. This self-assurance, combined with the physical and mental benefits, propels me to dance with joy and dedication.

What's your advice to those who do not love dancing?

Many people shy away from dancing, not because they dislike it, but due to self-consciousness about their coordination. To overcome this hesitation, I ask them: "Do you want to stay healthy and reduce hospital visits?" The inevitable 'yes' opens the door for me to share the numerous health benefits of dancing. As they become convinced of dancing's impact on well-being, their eagerness to adopt a healthier lifestyle leads them to embrace dance. Before long, they're hooked, transforming dance from an intimidating activity to a beloved habit.

Tell us how you felt recording your dance video.

Stepping in front of the camera was a breeze, thanks to countless video recordings of my dance moves. But this particular shoot sparked an extra surge of energy, unleashing a flurry of fresh steps that showcase my love, passion, and enthusiasm for dance. Watch out for my dancing steps of "Ogechi (Remix) by Davido".

The energy was electric, with the music box beside me amplifying the beat. I lost myself in every step, grateful to Davido for crafting an irresistible remix that beckons movement. I thoroughly enjoyed this contest @fortwis09 and eagerly anticipate Week #11. Next time, I'll unleash a fresh and exciting routine. Till then🤗.

I would like to invite @eliany @nsijoro and @whizzbro4eva to participate
