Hope you all are fine and doing good and are spending good and quality time with your family and friends.
Here is @mahawaheed to share my favourite BIG-EID recipie. This is very interesting contest and I am also fond of cooking.

" Let's start the Recipe👩🏻‍🍳"

I am going to share the recipie of "Beef Chapli kabab". This is my favourite dish. My Eid-ul-Adha is incomplete without these kabab. This is very easy recipe hope you all will like it. So let's start it.

Ingredients

Ingredients that are used in this recipe are :

IngredientsQuantity
Minced meat(keema) of beafHalf kg
Onion2(large size)
Tomato2 (small size)
Garlic9 cloves
Ginger1(small size)
Green chili2 (large size)
Red chili flakes1 tea spoon
Coriander powder2 table spoon
Salt1 table spoon /per taste

Garlic ginger paste

The ingredients for making garlic ginger paste are:

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Green chili
  • Onion

Preparation

First of all to prepare garlic ginger paste, Take a chopper and add onions in it. Then add ginger in it.Then add garlic and green chili in it and chopp it.
Garlic ginger paste is ready.

Don't add water in it because we have to make kabab so with water it becomes thin and doesn't maintain the shape of kabab properly. So avoid use of water in it.

Then take a bowl and add all ingredients firstly add minced meat(keema) of beef in it.Then add the garlic ginger paste and chopped tomatoes in it. Then add spices in it. Add 1 table spoon of salt with 1 tea spoon of red chili flakes and 2 table spoon of coriander powder then mix it well.

Material for kabab is ready

Then take some quantity of the material in hands and shape it properly with the palm of the hands in round shape. And press it well so that it can't be open during frying. And repeat this.

Last step is to fry these kabab so take tawa or fry pan. Add some oil on tawa and fry the kabab in it. While frying it press the kabab over tawa with spoon for cooking Keena inside it. Fry it till brown color appears in it.

After frying all kabab put them in plate and serve it.

Final look

Here is the final look of Beef Chapli kabab. I served it with salad and naan.
