Assalam u Alaikum

I hope You all are in good health. I am also doing great Alhamdullilah. First of all I would like to thank you all to taking out some time and reading my post. It means a lot to me❤️

Now let’s begin the diary game.

Morning-Evening

I woke up at 6 AM in the morning, prayed fajar, then started getting ready for University. As you must have already read from the title, that it was the international space week conference in the university. Also as I am the space student it was must for me to attend the seminar. It’s not like I didn’t want to attend it I was actually really excited about it since the day I got to know about it. I am a space freak and in my spare time I am mostly reading articles released by NASA. And maybe this could be the fact that I have secured the highest marks in astronomy in the batch of 2021.
anyways I left for University at 7:15 because that’s the time when my university point arrives at the stop. I didn’t do any breakfast because I was not quite feeling well, so I thought about drinking shake along with a donut in university.

I took a picture of the famous park of my society while waiting for the bus. 🤪

After reaching university I wait for my friends. So that we can go to the seminal hall together. Nobody new the exact location of it so we had to use google maps. We reached the hall at 9 AM and signed the papers of our presence.
The seminar started at 10 AM. The major topics of the seminar was women in space, intro about remote sensing, turbulence and a lot more.

We saw latest the Venus transit on sun. The picture of the transit was taken by our very own observatory.

The seminar was stopped for the break of lunch and namaz of jummah at 12 :45. We were all then given the lunch tokens from our departments. We were really tired because of constantly sitting for staring 4 hours. So we walked a little in the arts lobby and then went to the DMS cafeteria.

From our department we were given a box of biryani and a soft drink. But we were all craving for something different, so we ordered pizza fries and goll grappas.

After The break of lunch and namaz we again went to the seminar hall to attend the second session of the conference. In the second session they also showed us the project made by our third year students of the department. The second session of the seminar was quite interesting for all of us because then they had started studying the turbulence and the remote sensing and some other topics likes magnitude of the stars by which we can calculate the distance and spectrum. We also learned about the Ceaphoid variable stars. These are the stars which changes their luminosity by time to time. It’s like 15 days they are brighter and then the next 20 days they gets lighter and lighter.

Also in the last of the seminar at 5 PM I took some pictures with my only best friend in university. And also with my class mates.

The seminar and it at 5:30 PM. When I was leaving University it was almost dark. So I asked my cousin to pick me up from the University as I am not allowed to travel after Maghrib alone. So on my way back home me and my cousin stopped at soda stream to have a limca. The limca was actually worth it. I’ve been hearing about it from a long time now.
