| My Travel Chronicles| Part 1
Hey Everyone!
Welcome to my travel blog.
I am a happily married traveler @aimanayaz from the mesmerising KPK province of Pakistan 🇵🇰.
I will just be sharing the chronicles of my most recent trip to Murree, a hill station in Pakistan famously known as Malika-e-Kohsar (Queen of Kohsar Valley)in native tongue for its breathtaking scenic beauty.
May till August are the hottest months in Pakistan with temperatures nearing 40-50 deg Celsius in most of center and southern parts of the country. A trip to Murree in this hot & humid weather becomes even more soothing.
My journey started from Peshawar where the temperatures were humid and hot and I couldn't find any difference in temperatures while we reached Islamabad, the federal capital.
After a quick lunch at McDonald's, Islamabad we resumed the journey.
As soon as we touched the outskirts of Murree, the breeze got cold, the clouds came low and the trees started enchanting giving me the cold chills. The road was hardly visible due to thick fog surrounding the van. It was pleasantly adventurous as one side of the road were the mountains and the other a deep abyss.
Me and husband were excited to finally get some quality time away from the worldly problems. We reached our hotel at around 6 in the afternoon and surely some of the most exciting and beautiful days were waiting ahead.
First night we mostly settled down, did some unpacking and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bundu Khan, Mall road Murree.
