the process of drying rice before milling

assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh good evening all Steemit friends wherever Steemit colleagues are, hopefully in Allah's protection you will always be given health, long life and good fortune, on this occasion tonight I want to share a photo of me drying rice during the day

before I bring the rice to grind it first or better yet we should dry it in the sun first so that when the rice is milled it is easy to grind.

Usually the drying process that people usually do takes about an hour or so, because if you dry it for longer than that, the rice usually breaks, and every ten or seven minutes of drying process you always have to turn it over so that the rice is evenly cooked.
