Night Out with Friends|| 30-dec-2024

Hey everyone, how are you all? After a long time, we finally decided to go out and eat something. We were all so busy with our FYPs and viva declarations that we didn’t get a chance for any outings.

Our declaration ended on Monday, and after that, we decided to go out for a meal. The declaration day was like a nightmare for us, it was worse than we expected. But anyway, we somehow got through it.

It was a whole story, which I’ll share later. After the classes and declaration, two of our friends had to go home, so they left, and only six of us were left. We thought, since we’re already out, let’s go eat.

It was around 9 PM, and we started searching for any nearby restaurants. We wanted something within walking distance since we had come by public transport. We found Kabajee's Fried Chicken, a nearby restaurant, and decided to go there.

The atmosphere was nice and warm, much better than the cold weather outside. We checked the menu and found a deal that seemed perfect for us.

It had two burgers, two wings, two cold drinks, fries, and sauces. We liked the deal, so we ordered three of them. Each deal cost 1000 PKR (around 14 Steems), so three deals in total cost us 3000 PKR (42 Steems). Each of us paid about 500 PKR (7 Steems), which was a good deal.

I got a burger, a cold drink, a broast wing, and fries, which was enough for me. We placed the order and waited while chatting about the FYP, how the viva went, and other things. When our order arrived, everything was freshly made and hot.

The burger tasted good for the price, but you know, I don’t have a big appetite for fast food. I was hungry but after one burger, I felt almost full. I didn’t want to waste the wing, so I asked the waiter to pack it with my takeaway order for my sisters.

By 10 PM, we finished eating and started heading back. We had to cross the bridge to catch the bus on the other side of the road.

We changed two buses on the way, and I finally reached home by 11 PM. It had been a tiring day, but everything went well in the end. That's it for today, goodbye until the next post!
