Money: A Necessity or a Curse?

Money, which has become the most important necessity today, without which neither need nor desire can be fulfilled. Why does everyone want to win this race? In today's era, which is at the peak of inflation, one big reason is that fulfilling even basic needs seems difficult in this expensive time. And the second reason is that everyone wants everything; no one wants to put their desires aside.

In all this, perhaps we are ready to ruin relationships and peace. Today, no one has time to meet each other. Friends don’t meet because they have no time; the only thing they see is earning money and nothing else. Everyone has become so busy making money that meeting is out of the question; they don’t even have time to talk.

And the one who gets money also gets arrogance along with it—that we have money, so we can buy everything. Even if they are hurting someone with their words, they just want to show off their wealth. I have personally seen that as soon as people get money and buy a big car, their attitudes completely change. They treat us as if we are their servants.

That time was much better when we were little—there was no stress in life, and we got whatever we wanted. And now, life is just about earning money. I say, that making money should not be your main purpose; your purpose in life should be to become a good person—someone who does not belittle others, does not insult anyone, but rather is helpful.

If you have achieved everything in life, that does not mean that now you should insult others and show off your achievements. In today's time, every person who has money is more respected, but they don’t realize that no one truly respects them from the heart; everyone is impressed by their wealth, not by them.

Make yourself such a person that everyone respects you for who you are, not for your money.
