if this would be the case his shitcoins will first implode, because they are hanging first on BTC and then on ETH, so this must be a very stupid plan, even when I´m not sure if he actually had some non stupid plans ;)
btw this chart looks dramaticaly different like mine from Binance there is no such hard drop down, this is way overestimated
