Blessing from the village temple

Good morning, today I got up early to prepare Dana for Temple. I get up at 3.00 a.m. Yesterday, I arranged fish and prepared everything needed for today. I scraped the coconut, put the Kawpi to soak, and arranged all other needs.

I put Kawpi in a pressure cooker first, and I turned off the stove when it made a single sound. In the meantime, I prepared rice in a rice cooker and prepared dhal, coconut sambal, and beans. Next, I scraped fresh coconut for Kawpi also and made cutta sambal.

I then packaged the pirikara and put all the rice and curries in baskets. I arranged sugar, milk packets, tea leaves, sweets, and bananas as pirikara.

In my temple, there are about 15 monks because our chief monk takes underprivileged boys from rural areas. After giving them good training, make them monks.

Therefore, many people from various villages come to our temple to invite their dana ceremony, as there are plenty of monks.

They have received good training from our chief monk. All of the monks rise early and begin cleaning the temple. When I go there, I feel that I have come to a religious place, as they keep them very neat.

One monk accepted our Dana and arranged Buddha puja, and another monk accompanied us to offer Buddha puja.

Every time we go to offer our Dana, our chief monk never forgets to engage with us in a friendly chat. Every time I go to the temple, I used to bring some toffee because there are several monks under twelve years old.

By providing a bright future for underprivileged boys in remote areas, I think our head monk is making a great charitable contribution. If not, they might die as a blooming flower in the forest.

Today also, when I go to the temple, all the monks are engaging in cleaning activities. Even chief monks also. The chief monk blessed us after chatting with us for a little time.

After that, we were happy to return home since we could gather some charity for our next soul.

Thank you for reading my post.
