Why It Should Be Lime??
Lime was one of the main topics in our household a few weeks ago. It was the time for lime harvesting. We have a tree next to our house, and it has grown big now. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, there was a considerable lime harvest this time. That convinced me to drink lime juice whenever I see the tree.
Lime is something which we can get provided from our own home garden. So I thought to share some benefits of lime intake, especially as lime juice. Lime juice offers several health benefits as its rich nutrient content.
Basically, as majority of people generally knows, Lime is rich in Vitamin-C. Vitamin-C boosts the immune system, as well as, promotes healthy skin. Not only that, but also the components contained in lime helps digestion, while reduce bloating.
Lime juice is a refreshing beverage and when mixed with water, it is a better way to stay hydrated in hot weather. Also, lime is capable of detoxifying the liver. On the other hand, it improves the heart health.
These are a few benefits and adding up lime juice into your daily routine would be a simple and effective way to boost your health.
