Victoria Breaks February Coldest Night Record!

Parts of Victoria recorded their coldest February night in 25 years. Summer snow fell on Mt Buller and Mount Hotham in the Victorian Alps on Saturday. Weather forecasters are predicting a return of warmer conditions to Victoria over the weekend.

Melbourne experienced its coldest February night on record on Saturday, with summer snow falling in the Victorian Alps. Temperatures in the city dropped to 9.9C, breaking the previous February record of 10C set on February 15, 2017.
